Where we have come from
Klyne and Klyne started life some 25 years ago as a three man team selling clearance. Finding a niche for DIY and homewares, the company has since grown to be the largest distributor of excess branded DIY products across the UK and mainland Europe. In 2002, the company moved into a purpose built distribution centre, increasing our ability to service our diverse customer base and reflecting the degree to which the company had expanded.

Where we are
In February 2006 Klyne and Klyne suffered a devastating blow when four thirteen year old youths, started a fire that destroyed its 200,000sq ft warehouse and the company’s entire stock holding. The incredible support from suppliers and customers made the team more determined to maintain its position as the market leader. By April it was business as usual. We have a new showroom, thousands of new promotional offers and a European sales team.

Where we are going
“Bigger, Better, Stronger,” is our new motto. We have just commissioned a new state of the art 400,000sq ft distribution centre in Manchester. This will not only increase our capacity, but allow us to maintain our service driven infrastructure. We will be able to offer an even better service to our customers and suppliers.
